Overtime with evidence
October was the largest month in TimeKeeper's history, with 529 commits, and the thread running through it was approvals. Employees can now claim overtime from the clock page, with the hours and a reason, and Pulse can offer overtime to the person it has just identified. Each approval shows exactly what it adds to pay. Companies can set an overtime grace period, live attendance flags overtime risk once it passes, and paid leave and public holidays can be left out of the weekly overtime threshold.
Employees can also ask for a clock time to be changed, and managers accept or reject the request in Approvals.
Corrections you can account for
The timesheet day page was redesigned. Managers can nudge a day's start and end from the timeline, see the punched times beside any correction, and watch the pay figure update as they edit. Every correction now needs its own reason, recorded breaks are voided with a reason rather than cleared, and supervisor entries can be deleted and restored with confirmation. Roles can be limited to one branch, job site or department, and an activity log records changes to roles, permissions and timesheet entries.
Leave, reports and housekeeping
Approved leave now syncs from Workforce, appears on the schedule and stands down shifts on leave days. Each company maps its own leave types, working days and public holidays. A new attendance register lists exceptions such as late arrivals and missed clock-ins, and an attendance workbook covers the year for one person or all staff.
Attendance face photos and scan records are now deleted after 90 days.
