Scheduling arrives
The main piece of work in April was a complete scheduling section. HR can define shifts and templates, set each employee's schedule and see it from the employee's profile. Schedules know about approved leave and public holidays, so someone on leave is not shown as missing a shift. Weeks start on Sunday, matching how most teams here plan their rosters.
Attendance with place and proof
Attendance gained a weekly grid and an organisation-wide overview. HR can add a punch by clicking the day's timeline, correct one, or strike out a mistaken punch while keeping a record of it, and restore it later if needed. Screens update live when attendance, leave or face enrolments change.
Clock-ins from Connect can now be limited to work locations, drawn as areas on a map or imported from a map file. The check applies when someone starts work. Each clock-in photo is stamped with the name of the matched location, which gives HR a clear record of where a punch happened. Behind the scenes we also changed the face-matching service and moved existing enrolments across. The biometric feature was renamed Mintage Pulse.
Elsewhere in Workforce
Documents accept the HEIC photos many phones take, passports joined the documents that AI can verify, and documents stuck on Verifying were fixed. Recruitment pipeline stages became configurable, and AI can draft job descriptions and job flyers. Admins are emailed when a leave request comes in, with recipients set in Settings. Employees created in Mintage Payroll now flow into Workforce automatically.
