Pension fund history

Pension schemes need a reliable record of what was paid in, and when. This month the pension fund history module we started in June became fully usable: payroll teams can view, add, edit and delete pension history for each employee, and access is controlled by its own permission. It gives employers one place to answer questions about pension contributions without digging through old payroll files.

More control over loans and payslips

Staff loans got a useful new control: a loan can be paused and resumed, with a clear indicator in the table while it is on hold. The minimum payback amount is now set to one, and loans can no longer be edited in previous payrolls, which protects closed periods.

Payslips can now be scheduled to go out at a set date, and the payroll shows when a schedule is in place. The footnote font size on payslips is configurable, and the send dialog explains why sending might not be available.

Documents and safety rails

Employee profiles gained a documents tab with a built-in PDF viewer, alongside the notes tab. Imports into past payrolls are now disabled by default, with a warning and a separate permission for the rare cases that need it. On the calculation side, we added an allowance calculated by days worked and support for custom NIS taxable income, and fixed several NIS reports. The month ended with 152 commits.
