Hours you can trace
This month's main feature was the tracker for overtime and loss time. Before, a payroll officer typed in one total. Now there is a "Use Tracker" tab where each entry has a date, a number of hours and a short description. Mintage Payroll adds them up and uses the total for the period. Empty or zero entries are dropped, entries outside the period are ignored, and saved trackers load again next time, so the reason for a figure is easy to see.
Most of the month's frontend commits went into this dialog. Entry rows got a lot of layout work so that a long list of dates still fits and scrolls neatly.
NIS, insurance and records
We added a maternity leave option to the NIS settings. It is only shown for female employees, and the NIS column on the payroll grid shows a marker when it applies. Health and life insurance plans can now be marked inactive, and the dropdowns group them by status so old plans stay out of the way. The employees table gained an ID card column.
On the backend, the team built two careful commands. One exports everything held about a single employee, and the other purges that employee's records in the right order, including loans, payslip logs and payment periods. Together they give us a clear, repeatable process when an employee's data has to be exported or removed. There were 226 commits this month.
